- What is the minimum stay?

- Are utilities included?
- Yes. Water, sewer, electricity, and internet are included up to $500 per month. Any amount above that is billed to the tenant.
- Do you accept insurance displacement placements?
- Yes. We regularly house families displaced by an insurance claim and work with carriers and placement agencies. An assignment letter from the carrier or placement agency is accepted in place of standard income documentation, and we provide itemized invoicing suitable for carrier reimbursement.
- Are pets allowed?
- Up to two housebroken dogs are permitted, each 50 pounds or less at full adult weight, subject to approval and breed restrictions, with a one-time $400 pet cleaning fee. No cats or other animals. Documented service or assistance animals are not pets and are exempt from the weight limit, breed restrictions, and all pet fees.
- Is renters insurance required?
- Yes. Self-paid guests carry renters insurance with a $100,000 personal liability minimum, listing CSP South LLC as an interested party, with proof provided before move-in. Guests displaced by an insurance claim may instead provide proof of the active homeowners or renters policy on their primary residence. Employer-paid guests may provide documented employer or placement coverage.
- Is there an application fee?
- There is no application fee. Applicants who meet the requirements complete a background and credit screening through TransUnion SmartMove, and that screening fee is paid by the applicant directly to TransUnion. CSP South receives none of it.
