Pet policy
Dogs we welcome
- Up to two housebroken dogs, each 50 pounds or less at full adult weight.
- Dogs are subject to approval and breed restrictions, confirmed before move-in. No cats or other animals.
- A one-time $400 pet cleaning fee applies when a dog is approved for the stay.
- The rear yard is fully fenced, so your dog has a safe place outside.
Assistance animals are not pets
Under the Fair Housing Act, documented service and assistance animals are not pets. No pet cleaning fee applies, and the weight limit and breed restrictions do not apply. Let us know during your inquiry and we will handle the documentation appropriately.
