How booking works

This is an inquiry-first rental with screening, not an instant booking. You will not be charged to reserve a night before we confirm the home is available and you are approved. Here is the full process, start to finish.

1. 1. Pick your dates and see a live quote. On the availability page, choose your dates on the calendar to see pricing for that stay right away.
2. 2. Send an inquiry. Tell us your party size and who is paying, then submit the inquiry. Nothing is charged at this step.
3. 3. We confirm availability. We check the calendar and confirm the home is open for your dates before anything moves forward.
4. 4. Apply. Every adult 18 and older completes a short application. There is no application fee.
5. 5. Screening. Applicants who meet the requirements complete a background and credit check through TransUnion SmartMove, paid directly to TransUnion. Insurance-placed and employer-paid guests can verify income with an assignment or employer letter instead of standard income docs.
6. 6. Lease. Once approved, the lease is prepared for your stay and signed digitally.
7. 7. Invoice and payment. You receive an itemized invoice, suitable for carrier or employer reimbursement where that applies, and complete payment to confirm the stay.
