Cleaning standards
The monthly cleaning fee
A cleaning fee of $350 / month applies for the duration of the stay. It keeps the home in consistent condition throughout a longer stay rather than leaving everything for a single charge at the end.
Condition expectations
- The home is provided fully furnished and clean, as pictured, at the start of your stay.
- Please keep the home in good order during your stay and treat the furnishings with care.
- At move-out, leave the home clean and undamaged, ready for the next guests. Normal wear from an ordinary stay is expected and is not a charge.
Furnishings condition at move-in
The home comes with a full set of furnishings and kitchenware. If anything is not in the condition you expected when you arrive, tell us promptly so we can note it and address it, and so it is not attributed to your stay at move-out.
